RESPONSIBILITIES

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for creating accessible teaching based on the student group you have. You are responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation in your subjects. Your goal is to motivate and stimulate students' creativity and desire to learn based on applicable governing documents. You act based on the students' needs and actively work with the school's core values. Collaborating with students, parents, colleagues at the school, and your work team is part of the assignment. The role includes mentorship.

QUALIFICATIONS

The position requires a teaching license with the authority to teach at the secondary level. We are looking for someone who wants to work with colleagues who enjoy working together, who have an open atmosphere, and a solution-focused mindset. You are clear in your leadership, structured, and well-versed in the school's governing documents. You have a holistic view of students' development and learning, are attentive to each student's circumstances and needs, and look forward to developing curious, challenging, and fantastic students.
